Care At Home Services offers an extensive range of services for you to choose from to ensure your needs are met. Our person centred approach means that you are at the centre of every decision regarding your care. Our comprehensive range of services can be personalised to meet your needs. We currently provide services to a significant number of clients in collaboration with local authorities. 

Personal Care

Our dedicated staff will ensure all your personal care needs are taken care of through:

  •  Assistance with getting up

  •  Hygiene - Bathing /washing

  •  Dressing and grooming

  •  Medication management

  •  Settling in for the evening

  • Assistance with meals

Old and Young

Reablement Service

​Reablement is a short and intensive service provided by Social Services and usually lasts for six weeks to promote independence on discharge from hospital. The aim of this service is to help people who have lost the ability to do things for themselves following ill health to relearn the skills they need to eventually become independent.

Our fully trained and experienced carers will assist you to gain your independence by:

  • helping you maintain or regain control of your life after a stay in hospital.

  • involving you fully in planning and setting goals to enable you to regain confidence and independence

  • promoting your individual choices and build on your strengths

  • enabling you to carry out your daily living tasks and activities

Shopping

Our carers will assist you if required to draw up your shopping list and ensure your shopping is as stress free as possible. Our transparent policy when handling money also provides you with peace of mind as our carers will provide receipts and account for your expenditure.

 

We can also arrange to take you out shopping if that is your preference.

Chaperone Service

With this service, our carers can escort you to any appointments you may have and to ensure your safety and comfort.

Our carers can also accompany you to the bank or shops or even to visit friends and family.

This service is flexible and can be adapted to your requirements in terms of frequency and duration.

Domestic Services

We also offer the following services to help make your stay at home as comfortable and stress free as possble.

​

  • General cleaning

  • Laundry/Light ironing

  • Changing and making of bed

  • Cooking

Overnight and Sitting Service

​Our overnight service is ideal for for clients who want to ensure they have the care they need through the night and can be customised to meet your needs. This service can be arranged as a one off or provided on a regular basis dependent on need. Depending on the medication and toileting needs of the client, we can provide a sleeping or waking night service. 

​

We are also able to provide a sitting service to provide some respite to the main carer on an adhoc basis or an ongoing basis.
